Exit Hindenburg ! He is the candidate of all the Jews and profiteers. Our President will be Adolf Hitler! This is the latest leaflet which is being spread in vast quantities through the country by the Hitlerist headquarters, in preparation for the first big Hitlerist open-air election demonstration here to-morrow.

Under Hindenburg, we Germans are like second-class citizens, the leaflets allege, and under the rule of the November Republicans we must submit to any Galician profiteer spitting in our faces, without redress.

We are going to get rid of Hindenburg, the leaflets say. We soldiers who fought at the front know Hindenburg no longer! He is now the man of the Jews!
