Dr. Martin Horn, Counsel for Joachim Von Ribbentriop, the foreign minister of Nazi Germany throughout the period when the Nuremberg defendants were charged with aggression, called his client to the stand on March 30, 1946.

He testified about early life, diplomatic relations with Great Britain and France, membership in the SS and party loyalty, Hitler's commanding role and the German-Soviet Non-Aggression Pact. This segment also shows Dr. Seidel, Counsel for Hess, asking about the Secret protocol attached to the Non-Aggression Pact with the Soviet Union.
