Nuremberg Trial Day 2 (1945) Robert H. Jackson Complete Nuremberg Trial Opening (Part 1)

On Nov. 21, 1945, Justice Robert H. Jackson delivered his opening statement at Nuremberg. Based on audio recordings from the World Court, here is Part 1 of Jackson's complete presentation. It is to be noted that the courtroom presentation is not identical to the International Military Tribunal transcripts based on his pre-printed speech.
